President of Bovitz CPA, P.C. and Bovitz Management Services, Inc., with offices in Trenton and Canton Michigan. He is a graduate of the University of Detroit (Cum Laude, 1982) with a B.S. in accounting and has been a licensed CPA since 1984.
Mr. Bovitz is a past chairman of the Southern Wayne County Chamber of Commerce and President of the Trenton Business Association and Trenton Jaycees. Rob has been honored as the "Outstanding Young Man of the Year" by the Trenton Jaycees. The MACPA recently honored Rob with the Chair's Service Award and Outstanding Task Force of the Year for community service projects and "Ask a CPA" call in days.
Rob is also very active with local organizations such as the Downriver Council for the Arts, United Way, Community Theatre Groups, and donates his personal time to various civic and community projects. Rob serves as a contributing writer to the Downriver People Profile and local newspapers.

Rob and Katie Bovitz were married in December of 1999 and have two beautiful daughters Allison and Jillian.

Mr. Bovitz received his degree in accounting from the University of Detroit and received his CPA certificate from the state in 1960.
Bob has been active in politics in many capacities, Mayor and Councilman of Trenton 1969-1983, Chairman of SEMCOG 1979-1981, President of Michigan Municipal League 1982-1983. In his CPA profession he has served as National Public Service Chairman for the American Institute of CPAs, as a board member and former President of the Southern Wayne County Chamber of Commerce.
Church activities are numerous as Bob has served as Eucharistic Minister & Lector, been on the Parish council and now has been ordained (October 2000) Permanent Deacon in the Catholic Church. He serves community parishioners and is a Chaplain at Riverside Hospital. Bob has served as Financial Chairman of the Downriver Community Prayer Breakfast since its inception.
Bob is married to Micki and Grandfather to 9.
Gail graduated from Wayne State University with a degree in Education/Math. She has been employed at Bovitz CPA, P.C. for 17 years.
Gail specializes in payroll, accounts payable, data input and tax compilation. She also serves as administrative assistant.
Gail is a Trenton resident, married and has four children. Her interests include reading, gardening and playing "Mom".
Darlene graduated from Detroit College of Business in 1986 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Data Processing and has been a licensed CPA since 1990.
Darlene joined Bovitz CPA, P.C. in May 2001
